EmployJoy.ai Subscriber Terms of Service

Introduction

These Subscriber Terms apply to all users who access and use EmployJoy.ai to review, interview, and evaluate job seekers, or otherwise utilize any services designed for subscribers. EmployJoy.ai is a third-party service provider and, under no circumstances, can be considered a joint employer or sole employer for any job applicants applying to a subscriber’s company.

These Subscriber Terms are hereby incorporated into the General Terms of Use. To the extent that there is any conflict between these Subscriber Terms and the General Terms of Use, the provision(s) in the Subscriber Terms will prevail, but solely to the extent such conflict exists. We may at our sole discretion modify the Subscriber Terms on a going-forward basis. We will post notice of the date of the most recent update by revising the header at the top of this document. 

 EVERY TIME SUBSCRIBER USES THE SUBSCRIBER SERVICES, SUBSCRIBER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE SUBSCRIBER TERMS AND THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE.
